Wire Fittings / Tensioners

Tensioners are attached to the end of induvidual ropes. They provide the tension to make the wires taut.

Post Fittings

The material on the posts will determine what type of fitting you will use on the posts to attatch wire to.

Wires

We supply only Grade 316 S/Steel (Marine Grade). We suggest that only 1x19 or 7x7 construction be used. 1x19 offers smothe, stiff and lower "stretch" properties. 7x7 is suggested when making thimble eyes as it is more flexible and easier to work with. 7x7 has a rougher texture and will "stretch" a little more than 1x19.
